We insure every frame in transit and our opticians inspect hinges and rims before refitting. Pack it in its case when the courier arrives.
If a frame is too worn, we'll tell you before any work and refund the lens cost in full. We return the frame as it was.
Yes, if the frame is deep enough for the reading zone (usually 28 mm lens height or more). Our team checks this and will call you if your frame is too shallow.
Yes. Blue-cut is included on all our single vision lenses, and our Adaptive lens darkens in sunlight and clears indoors.
We recommend changing both so coatings, clarity and thickness match. If you need just one replaced, message us on WhatsApp and we'll advise.
If your current prescription is less than about 1–2 years old and you see well with it, you can use it. Upload a photo of it while booking, or send it later on WhatsApp.
Every lens comes with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects and coating issues (T&C apply).
