We ship pan-India, and shipping is free on every order.
Frames-only orders dispatch in 1–2 days. Configured lens orders take 3–6 days depending on your prescription and city.
In serviceable pincodes, pickup and drop of your frame for lens replacement is completely free.
Every pair is made to order, so we don't accept returns. Instead, every Viszy frame and lens is covered by our 3-month warranty against manufacturing and coating defects (T&C apply).
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us with your order ID and photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free.
