At Viszy, we aim to offer a smooth and transparent experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
π Order Cancellation
1. Before Pickup (for Lens Replacement Orders):
You can cancel your order anytime before your spectacle pickup is scheduled.
To cancel, simply contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
2. After Pickup:
Once your spectacles have been picked up and lens processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. For Eyewear Products (Frames, Sunglasses, etc.):
You can cancel the order until it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
π° Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before pickup or shipment
- Product is out of stock after successful payment
- In rare cases of service unavailability at your location
- Defective or wrong product received and return is approved
2. Non-Refundable Situations:
- Custom lens orders after pickup or processing
- Incorrect prescription shared by customer
- Damaged frames sent for lens replacement
3. Refund Process:
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
- You will be notified by email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
