  • Lens Fitting & Processing: Typically completed within 1-3 business days after pickup.
  • Delivery: Your spectacles with new lenses are safely delivered back to your doorstep within 4-7 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges may vary based on your location and the type of product/service selected.

  • Exact pickup and delivery charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you complete your order.
  • In many locations, free shipping is also available for selected products.

At Viszy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re facing any issues with your lenses, we’re here to help!

1. Eligibility for Exchange:
You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • Product received are incorrect, defective, or damaged.
  • You have a genuine issue with the lens power or coating (supported by a prescription given).

2. Exchange Window:

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Please contact our support team via email or website contact page to initiate an exchange.

3. Conditions for Exchange:

  • The original lenses must be returned in unused, scratch-free condition.
  • The frame provided must be in good condition and not broken or bent.
  • Prescription details must be accurate and verified.

4. Non-Exchangeable Situations:

  • Incorrect prescription shared by the customer.
  • Damage to product post-service.
